Practical informations

To guarantee your reservation, we ask you for your credit card number and its expiry date. No amount will be deducted in advance, payment will be made on site. Any reservation implies the knowledge and acceptance of our cancellation conditions

BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION, PLEASE READ OUR RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The establishment reserves the right to cancel the reservation or to interrupt the stay in case of non respect by the customer of the internal rules:

The rooms are non-smoking. 

Animals are not allowed in the establishment.

No babies, children or additional persons will be accepted in the room.  

The swimming pool is strictly reserved for guests staying at the hotel. Any outside person (friends, family ...) is strictly forbidden.  In the event that the hotel cancels the reservation due to the client's failure to comply with the conditions of the rules and regulations listed above, the client will be required to pay the full amount of the stay, on the basis of the reservation, as a compensation;

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (email, fax or post)

Cancellation conditions for a stay from April 1st to September 30th :

* No charge for cancellations made more than 8 days before the arrival date                                                   

* Cancellation between 8 days and the arrival date: the total amount of the stay will be deducted from your credit card as compensation.

* In case of no-show, the total amount of the stay will be deducted from your credit card as a compensation. 

* In case of a shortened stay, the totality of the remaining stay will be deducted from your credit card.  

Cancellation conditions for a stay from October 1st to March 31st :  

* Cancellation without charge more than 2 days before the arrival date

* Cancellation between 2 days and the day of arrival: the total amount of the stay will be deducted from your credit card as compensation

* In case of no-show: the total amount of the stay will be deducted from your credit card as compensation

* Shortened stay: For any interruption of stay, the totality of the remaining stay will be due and will be deducted from your credit card.  

CB, Mastercard, VISA, checks, cash, ANCV (holiday vouchers)

Access to the SPA is not free, it is by appointment only, in private access. Access to the SPA is subject to a charge in addition to the price of the room. We invite you to contact us before your arrival to schedule your access to the SPA.

Pets are not allowed in our establishment

Our establishment has a free car park

The outdoor heated pool is open from April 1st to October 15th except for exceptional weather conditions. The pool opens at 8am and closes at 8pm. Towels are available at the reception on request. The pool is forbidden to unaccompanied minors. It is formally forbidden to bring glass objects into the pool area (delimited by a safety barrier and a gate).

Our establishment has only double rooms in which we are not allowed to add a baby bed or an extra bed.
NB: a child or baby cannot share a bed with its parents.
